Welcome to TravelMate. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TravelMate, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

TravelMate is a travel packing assistant that helps you create packing lists, check weather for destinations, and organize your trips. The app offers both free and premium features.

3. Account & Data

• TravelMate uses your Apple ID for in-app purchases and iCloud sync
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID
• Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via iCloud

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• TravelMate offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly, yearly) and a lifetime purchase
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings after purchase
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

5. Free Tier

TravelMate provides free features including basic trip creation, item library access, and weather information. Premium features require a subscription or lifetime purchase.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass, modify, or reverse-engineer the app's features or payment system
• Interfere with the app's functionality or servers

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TravelMate are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TravelMate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Weather data is provided by third-party services and may not always be accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
